When we work
together I relax the body and focus the mind. We target
feelings and track them back in time to where they began.
We change perceptions and clean the slate. It's a
conversation, I'll be talking with you and you'll be talking
with me. I block away 2 hours of time per session. |

- How
do I prepare for the
session? |
Don't drink a lot
of water before our session or you'll have to pee. If you
are taking meds that make you sleepy or unfocused, don't take
them 24hrs prior to our appointment (ask your doctor). For
phone sessions I need you to have earphones (ear buds work
great), your neck supported, no other distractions in the room. |

- Do I
need follow-up
sessions? |
Once we fix the
problem it is permanently fixed, so no you don't. |

While
working together you will notice a shift in how you feel, a
shift towards the positive. Each session is like a step, a
notch towards our goal until we reach it. You will notice
this, I won't have to tell you. If you have anxiety or
panic attacks you will not have one of these while in session.
The changes are permanent even for those who return to a
negative situation in their life (i.e. Going back into a home
where they are verbally abused for example.)
