Fear is NOT a phobia. A phobia is more in the category of
panic, producing panic attacks.
It's more of an extreme fear that hits you like a ton of bricks that
comes out of nowhere. A fear is
something that you feel coming, i.e. You're fearful of flying
and the day before the flight you begin to feel that fear creeping
in.
Fear of whatever... is SO easy, simple, simple, simple to get rid
of. This is usually only 1 session.
We face this fear together, in session, and we do it in
a way that is calm. I have techniques that I employ so that we
can find the source of the fear and dispose of it. Then we
test a few times to make sure we got it. Once our session is
over you can immediately go out and face that snake, or get on a
plane, and you will feel calm, as though you
never had that fear to begin with!
