Hypnotherapy / Theta State Therapy

   Hypnosis is a natural state of mind, you go there with or without a formal induction.  You go into hypnosis or more correctly, the Alpha/Theta brainwave state, several times a day all on your own.

 


Truths About Hypnosis

   Hypnosis opens the doorway for communication between the conscious mind and the subconscious mind. It provides access to the body's "control center", the part that regulates the functions of our entire body.

   The results from using hypnosis range from simple to profound, often defying what followers of traditional medicine believe to be possible.

   The physical body is relaxed as the mind is focused. Brain wave patterns slow down. Keen alertness and mental clarity are created. Hypnosis provides access to subconscious information such as memories, beliefs, feelings and associations can be reviewed and are easily transformed.
 


     Briefly...

   So what is hypnotherapy?  If you focus your mind your brainwaves slow down.  When they slow down you are then connected to your very powerful subconscious mind.  This part of you knows the answer!  It knows you emotionally and is the direct link to your physicality.

   Your problem is based in emotion.  This is called somatoform / psychogenic / psychosomatic.  You can choose whichever term you like.  Emotion is causing the problem.  In session we find the offending emotion and your subconscious tracks it back to where it began.  We clear it there and the problem vanishes.



Theta State Therapy

   What I use to help people is conceptualized from a combination of NLP, psychology, and hypnotherapy techniques that I call Theta State Therapy.  It is a conversation between myself and my client.  It is based in the theta brain wave state, and uses relaxation, focus, imagery, memory, emotion, and perception shift.  The disorder is targeted in the subconscious mind and reframed.

- Sessions run approximately 1.5 hrs.
- Most problems are eliminated within 1-6 sessions.
- Sessions are conducted in-office (or) via-telephone - effective either way, there is no difference.

 


What Should I Expect in Session?

   It feels like relaxation, nothing more.  We will be having a conversation, I'll be talking with you, you'll be talking with me.  I will ask you to do more nothing than ever before and we'll see what information comes forward.  You will remember everything and will feel in control.

   Sessions usually last around 1.5 hours, to you it feels much shorter.  We will be focusing on how you feel.  This is easy because all of your feelings reside within your subconscious mind and that's where we are working.

   Most people look forward to their next session and make this a part of their life when our work together has concluded.  A lot of times other problems fall away without us even talking about them because of the perception shifts and negative emotions that were released.
