You can think
of your subconscious like this... Imagine you have a twin
and you have spent every moment with your twin your entire life.
This twin is your subconscious mind. As you continue in
life things happen, sometimes bad or scary things. You,
your conscious mind, may have dealt with these events and gotten
past them but your twin, your twin may still be struggling with
these events.
Interesting thing
though... sometimes your twin ends up in such trivial
places, trivial to the conscious mind that is. I've worked
with clinically depressed people where their twin only had
one event and that event was so mild. For example, I took
this person back to the source of the depression feelings and it
turned out that they were two years old and alone in a crib.
They didn't know where their parents were and felt sad and
disconnected. I quickly fixed this, meaning once I found
the source of these feelings it took me about three minutes to
fix. I looked for other places where these feelings may
have come from but there was no other events. So this
person was taking medication for depression and all it turned
out to be was their twin feeling sad in a crib. No
