Start thinking of when you feel unmotivated. Is it in the
morning, the afternoon or evening. Is it around certain people
or in certain situations. If you think about you may be able
to answer this question. In session we
will target this feeling using something called Parts
therapy. We will call out this part and find out what the
feeling is and why it is doing this to you.
Then we will eliminate it.
In a handful of sessions or less you will be back on track.
Life is precious and wasting time doesn't make you feel good about
you. This does NOT require
willpower! Willpower has nothing to do with it.
There is a feeling inside that is got you stuck in the mud, we'll be
detectives. We will track this feeling down and pluck it out.
Once done the motivation will be there for you,
this is a very simple process.
