Panic Attacks

 

   An episode of intense fear or apprehension that is of sudden onset and may occur for no apparent reason or as a reaction to an identifiable triggering stimulus (as a stressful event)

   Specifically - one that is accompanied by usually four or more bodily or cognitive symptoms (as heart palpitations, dizziness, shortness of breath, or feelings of unreality) and that typically peaks within 10 minutes of onset.

   The process to eliminate panic attacks is a short one because it is an emotion that is easy to target in session.  I have created a maternal way of targeting this emotion so that you will be completely safe and comfortable during the process.  To eliminate this you must allow yourself to face this feeling with me while we work together.



If you will face it one more time with me, you will never have to face it again.
 

   Panic attacks are different than fears, with a fear you build up to it.  For example, if you have a fear of crossing a bridge you feel the feeling a little stronger each time you approach a bridge, until the fear becomes so great you cannot cross.  A panic attack is something that comes out of nowhere and hits you like a ton of bricks.

   After you've had a few of these the typical person will get a case of the "what ifs."  What if I'm in public and I get an attack, what if I'm on a plane and I get an attack?  It becomes a fear of a fear.  A panic attack is a fear that has been growing in the subconscoius mind for a long time, it finally crosses into the conscious mind and at that point the person feels panic.

   We can very quickly find the source of where these feelings started and pluck it out  without a panic attack.  While working with me YOU WILL NOT HAVE A PANIC ATTACK, we will find the cause of them and solve the problem.  This is a very short process.
 

 

It is time to release this internal fear and feel calm again.
