Self-confidence
allows you to have positive yet realistic views of yourself and the
situations in which you are involved. If you
have self-confidence, typically you do not fear challenges,
you are able to stand up for what you believe, and you have the
courage to admit your limitations.
When working with me we will talk
about specific times in your life when you are encountering a lack
of confidence. This is always emotionally based and easy to
track down. Step one is to find the negative emotion or
perception and clear it away. Step to is to change your
perceptions and beliefs about self, change them to the positive.
With this change your life will improve 10
