Sleeping
problems are my specialty... why? Because it is a 100%
subconscious mind kind of problem. Some people find it hard to
fall asleep, some people can fall asleep but wake up during the
night, and some people have both of these issues.
A few things to try right now
would be to cut down on caffeine and start exercising. If you
hate exercising give me a call, we'll find the cause of that
quickly. I always ask at what time do you wake up, pay
attention to this. The subconscious mind is the best
timekeeper in the world and a lot of times the person is waking up
at a specific time of night. In session
we can figure out why this is and correct it.
Hypnotherapy
is possibly the best way to resolve sleep issue's. Sleep
is SO important, it's how our bodies heal and it is how we
de-stress. If you're not sleeping well give me a call and
we'll figure it out! Could be stress, could be a past event,
could be guilt, could be a lot of things - your inner mind knows
