Smoking Cessation - Hypnosis Stop Smoking

 

   Smoking cessation (colloquially quitting smoking) is the process of discontinuing the practice of inhaling a smoked substance.

   The first 2 days - When you quit smoking, the benefits begin within minutes of your last cigarette. At 20 minutes after quitting your blood pressure decreases, pulse rate drops, and body temperature of hands and feet increases.

   2 weeks to 3 months - Circulation improves, walking becomes easier, and lung function increases.

   Between 1 to 9 months - You will notice significant improvements in coughing subsiding, sinus congestion, and less fatigue.

 
   1 Year Smoke-Free - Your excess risk of coronary heart disease is decreased to half that of a smoker after one year.  Cigarette smoking is directly linked to 30% of all heart disease deaths in the United States each year.

   At 5 to 15 years after quitting tobacco - Stroke risk is reduced to that of people who have never smoked. Risk of lung cancer drops to as little as one-half that of continuing smokers.


   You have heard that hypnotherapy is great to help people quit smoking BUT... my methods are even better.  First we track down the urge to smoke and get rid of it.  This NEVER has anything to do with nicotine!  In fact, nicotine isn't that addictive, if it were I would have had hundreds of people coming to me to quit the nicotine patch.  That has never happened, not once!  So no more urge to smoke.

   I also use very powerful NLP techniques to link smoking to things that you really don't like.  This new association is incredibly powerful!  My smoking program is 2 sessions.  Are you on the fence with regard to quitting?  If so we can use something called Parts Therapy, we call out the part that really wants to quit and we also call out the part that really doesn't.  Our goal is to get the part that still wants to smoke to change its mind, this isn't difficult.  At the very least we can use a trial period to reduce smoking and then come back to see how this part reacts to this change.

   I have been trained a million ways to help people quit smoking and I have put together the best of the best in my training to get you to stop smoking.  This is a very powerful process!  This does not have anything to do with willpower, willpower resides in the conscious mind, we are working with the emotional subconscious mind.  What this means is that you really, deep down, will not do this to yourself any longer, it's just how you feel now.
