My Process Explained

There are a few ways to conduct a hypnosis session.  There are hypnotists out there that still use the progressive relaxation method.  This is a twenty to thirty minute induction into hypnosis that is centered around relaxation.  After the person appears to be hypnotized the hypnotist will conduct the session and then emerge the person.  Following this they are then given a tape or CD to listen to.

My method is much more up to date than the one described above.  I instantly hypnotize the person or at most spend about four minutes for the induction.  After a little deepening I test to make sure my client is at the stage that I require.  I then go after specific emotions that are tied to the behavior that the person wants to eliminate and regress to cause.  Regress to cause simply means that the subconscious knows what caused the problem and can go back there if suggested to.  Once there I use various therapies to have the persons subconscious feel okay.  After this I use direct suggestion and compounding of suggestions to further change habits.
